Our unique two bedroom Bahamas Resort Cottages feature a loft, private deck, 3pc bathroom and a kitchen equipped for light housekeeping. With only six units on the property, your privacy is our main consideration.

Do you offer scuba diving?

​

Yes, in partnership with Dive Guana we offer:

  • Half and Full Day Dive/Snorkel Trips

  • Gear Rental

  • PADI Certifications and Instruction

  • Private Charters

  • 36′ Dive Boat with freshwater shower, stereo, bathroom, wide dive platform with large dive ladder

 

How is privacy at the cottages?

​

Our cottages are spaced on 1/2 acre of oceanfront. Each cottage enjoys a private deck. The property is well landscaped for privacy and in addition we are partially fenced to discourage non-guests from entering the property. We also enjoy private beach access.

 

What is Nippers like?

​

Like most beach bars the emphasis is on a fun time. The food is great and the location cannot be beat. When everyone comes out to play the music is on and Nippers loves to host a party. If the music is a concern we have several cottages well removed from the bar area where you are unlikely to be disturbed. If total quiet is your preference we may not  be your best choice.

 

Are the kitchens fully equipped?

​

Kitchen amenities include: fridge, microwave, range top, coffee maker. There are also outdoor grills/barbeques available.

 

Do we need to bring our own towels and linens?

​

No. All linens and towels are provided for you unless otherwise indicated. The only thing to remember are beach towels!

 

Are you beachfront?

​

Yes, we have 120′ of oceanfront. Our six units are spaced on approximately one half acre of prime oceanfront property.
